Hady El Hamamsy is the Principal Executive and Managing Director of HMS Marine Services FZCO, established in 2025 to expand the El Hamamsy Family maritime consultancy and surveying services across the UAE and GCC region.

He also serves as Chief Commercial Officer at El Hamamsy Marine Services Ltd, where he has been part of the organization since 2003. Throughout his career, Hady has played a key role in shipping agency operations, P&I and H&M correspondence, business development, and strengthening long-term relationships with shipowners, P&I clubs, and underwriters.

With over 25 years of maritime industry experience, Hady brings strong commercial leadership, regional market insight, and a client-focused approach to both organizations. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (Marketing) from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology & Maritime Transport and has completed several specialized maritime and marine insurance training programs.

Mohsen Badran is a seasoned Marine Surveyor and Consultant with more than three decades of professional experience in the maritime industry. Born in 1968 and an Egyptian national, he is currently based in Sharjah, UAE.

Badran holds a B.Sc. in Marine Engineering & Naval Architecture from the Faculty of Engineering, Suez University, graduating in 1990. His technical competencies are extensive, encompassing hull and machinery damage surveys, ship condition assessments, and the management of major marine casualties such as collisions and groundings. He also has substantial experience in pollution-related matters and conducts a wide range of inspections, including draft surveys, on/off-hire inspections, and pre-purchase surveys.

His professional journey began in 1991 as a Ships Repair Engineer at Port Said Engineering Works in Egypt. In 1995, he transitioned into the marine surveying field by joining SGS Egypt as a Marine & Cargo Surveyor. Following his time at SGS, Badran joined El Hamamsy Marine Services Ltd in Egypt as a Marine Surveyor & Consultant until 2014. Since 2015, he has been practicing as an independent professional in the UAE. As of November 2025, Badran also serves as an affiliated Surveyor of HMS Marine Services FZCO in the U.A.E.
